At the end of 2019 a meeting was held by the Governing Board of Kuierkidz Learning Centre addressing the need for a bigger premises and a “forever home” for the children. From this meeting a Trust was registered at the High Court in Pretoria in the name  Deovolente Trust with its founding member as Dries van Coller.

• To get funding with the exclusive purposes of purchasing a property and also maintaining the property
• To register the property in the name of the Trust.
• The property be used as residential and care centre for mentally disabled older than 18-years
• The property be used as an early intervention day care centre (Kuierkidz to continue on this property) for children under 18 years of age
• The Trustees may only use the assets of the Trust to the benefit of the mentally disabled persons
